Create the email signature:-
• Log in to outlook.com with your user credentials.
• Now, tap on the Settings icon from the toolbar.
• After that, the Quick settings window opens on the right side.
• Enter the signature in the search bar. When you type it shows many options.
• Tap on Email signature from the available list.
• Now, compose and reply window will open.
• Use the style toolbar at the top for the formatting of an email signature.
• You can also add images using the Insert Pictures option.
• Now, checked the box to tell outlook when to show your signature. In case, you don’t select an option, then you should add manually to add signature in outlook email.
• Tap on save option which is at the top right.
• Now, tap on the close box [X] to close the settings panel which is at the upper-right corner.
Manually add email signature:-
• At first, launch your Inbox.
• Now, tap on the + New message which is at the top left side.
• Tap on the three-dot option which is at last of the right corner.
• Now, the email signature will be added at the bottom of your email which you create.
Add signature in outlook on desktop:-
